Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from India Bundle. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel an order.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
All bundle purchases are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a bundle, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Cancellations
Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once the files have been delivered. Before delivery, if a payment is made in error, contact us immediately at support@indiabundle.com and we will cancel and refund the transaction if it has not yet been fulfilled.
3. Eligibility
- The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- The request is made from the email used for the order.
- The request is not based on an inability to access the files for reasons we can resolve through support.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@indiabundle.com with the subject “Refund request”.
- Include your order/payment reference and the email used at checkout.
- Our team will review and confirm your request, usually within 1–2 business days.
5. Refund processing
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used through Cashfree.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
- 100% of the bundle price is refunded for eligible requests.
6. Nature of digital goods
As our products are digital downloads, “returns” do not apply in the physical sense. The 7-day guarantee above is our commitment in place of a return.
